2. Organize the preparation and timely reporting of various financial statements, business analysis reports, budget and final accounts reports of subsidiaries;
3. Responsible for organizing the financial management, internal control management and risk control of subsidiaries, perform financial support and financial supervision duties for the subsidiary's business activities, and effectively control the operating risks of overseas companies;
4. According to the requirements of the group's accounting, financial management and internal control systems, formulate financial management and internal control rules and regulations of subsidiaries, and supervise their implementation;
5. Research and analyze tax policies in overseas markets, be responsible for local tax compliance, assess tax risks, timely early warning and prevention, and rational tax planning;
6. Responsible for organizing the implementation of the subsidiary's asset and fund management, responsible for the review and control of the subsidiary's payment and asset disposal, and ensuring the safety of the subsidiary's funds and assets;
7. Connect with intermediaries such as external audit, and organize the financial audit of subsidiaries;
8. Responsible for local investment and financing, credit and customer credit management matters, and maintain good relationships with local banks, tax bureaus and other partners;
9. Responsible for the work coordination between parent and subsidiary companies.
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, major in accounting or financial management, more than 5 years of financial management experience in manufacturing, retail or e-commerce, and team management experience of more than 10 people;
2. Have more than 2 years of experience in overseas financial management, have a strong understanding of corporate compliance, and have audit experience is preferred;
3. Have strong logical thinking, environmental adaptability, team management ability and interpersonal communication and coordination ability.
4. Have basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; English writing and communication are barrier-free;
