1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we may collect and process through our Services, and how we may collect, use, store and share your personal information. This Privacy Policy also serves as a notice to explain the choices available to you regarding our processing of your personal information, the rights you may have, the steps we take to safeguard your personal information and how you can contact us if you have any questions about our privacy practices.

We follow this privacy policy in accordance with the laws of the places where we operate. In some cases, we may provide additional privacy policies specific to features or services. Such notices should be read in conjunction with this Privacy Policy.

2.1 The WOOK App is provided by Shenzhen Woke Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (collectively referred to as "we"). 

2.2 Affiliates refer to companies and institutions that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with Shenzhen Woke Technology Co., Ltd. now and in the future. Control means directly or indirectly possessing the power to influence the management/operation of the controlled object through ownership, voting shares, contract, actual association, or other means recognized by law. 

2.3 The basic information of our main operating entity is: Shenzhen Woke Technology Co., Ltd. was established on May 6, 2014, with a contact number 0755-23766853, and a registered address at the entire 11th floor, Zhongdian Building, Zhenhua Road, Fuqiang Community, Huaqiang North Street, Futian District, Shenzhen.

3. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information 

3.1 We collect and use your personal information that you actively provide or is generated due to product/service needs when using products/services in accordance with laws and regulations and adhering to the principles of legitimacy, legitimacy and necessity. If we intend to use your personal information for other purposes not stated in this Privacy Policy, or use the information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will notify you in a reasonable manner in a timely manner and obtain your consent again before use.

(2) When registering a WOOK APP account requires taking or uploading photos, we will apply for access to your **storage/album and camera permissions** according to the functionality you use, and collect the **text and image information** you provide.

(3) When registering a WOOK APP account, we will obtain your **IP address**. We will also collect the **IP address when you log in again** after registration is complete.

3.2.2 Account Information Perfection and Disclosure

(1) You can optionally supplement your date of birth to improve your personal information. Not filling it in does not affect your use of our products/services. Date of birth can be modified once by yourself. If you need to modify it again, please contact online customer service. 

(2) The ID photo, tax card photo, shop photo, ID number, tax card number, and tax card address can all be changed. Changed information needs to be reviewed again.

3.2.3 Content Search, Browsing and Playback 

(1) When using search, browsing, playback and other features for product details pages, live broadcasts and other content, in order to provide you with a continuous and consistent user experience and better display content to you and understand product compatibility with different hardware devices, we need to record your **device information (device name, model, unique device ID, operating system type and version, IP address), log information (records of behaviors such as browsing/clicks/playback/collection/add-to-cart/download, behavior time, visited pages/products; may vary depending on specific behavior type)**.

(2) When you watch live broadcasts, we need to provide your **user code, user name, IP address** to operators and/or their designated agents for your participation in live interactions and prize draws, and to show you service content that is more suited to your actual situation. 

(3) When using interactive features such as commenting, liking, participating in prize wheel draws, and shopping carts while watching live broadcasts, we will collect records and content of your interactions. 

(4) Refusing to provide the aforementioned information will only result in you being unable **to use the aforementioned functions, but does not affect** your use of other products/services we provide.

3.2.4 Transactions 

(1) **When you purchase goods, in order to help you complete the transaction, ensure transaction security, provide order inquiry, customer service and after-sales service, we need to collect order information such as: order time, order number, order status, transaction item information, payment information (payment amount, payment method, payment status, third party payment channel virtual account), shipping address information (recipient name, shipping address, contact number).**

**To facilitate convenient entry of relevant information when purchasing goods, you can choose to add frequently used shipping address information (recipient name, shipping address, contact number).**

(2) After you successfully place an order, if the goods require third-party delivery, **in order to smoothly, safely and accurately deliver and hand over the goods to you, the corresponding third party will inevitably collect and use your shipping address information (recipient name, shipping address, contact number)** in the delivery and distribution process. 

(3) When you request after-sales service (such as repairs, returns/exchanges), if the after-sales service requires a third party to complete it (such as goods retrieval and delivery by a third party), in order to resolve your after-sales needs as soon as possible, the corresponding third party will inevitably collect and use your **after-sales information, including: item information, shipment information (sender name, shipping address, contact number, pick-up time for sensitive personal information), shipping address information (recipient name, shipping address, contact number for sensitive personal information), order information, and other necessary information related to after-sales needs**.

(4) For the purpose of providing you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, we need to promptly ascertain and confirm the progress and status of delivery and after-sales. You agree that we can collect **information related to delivery and after-sales progress** from the corresponding third parties. **3.3 Sensitive system permissions for location, camera, album/storage, microphone, and calendar are not enabled by default and will only be used when specific functions are implemented after obtaining your separate consent. Even with your authorization, we will not collect such information when the relevant functionality does not need it.**

3.4 If a product/service that requires collection of your personal information is not explained in this Privacy Policy, or we have exceeded the purpose claimed when collecting your personal information and the scope that is directly or reasonably related, we will notify you again and obtain your consent as required by laws and regulations.

④When you deregister your WOOK APP account;

8.2 Withdraw Authorization

(1) You can withdraw authorization for location, camera, album, microphone, Bluetooth and other permissions locally on your device or through "Me" - "Settings" - "Privacy Permissions Settings";

(2) For partners using or our transfer and public disclosure of your personal information, you can withdraw your authorization by contacting us, partners, and recipients, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or otherwise agreed in this Privacy Policy; 

(3) You can withdraw our ability to collect your personal information through the current device by uninstalling the WOOK APP.

(4) Some products/services need to process your personal information in order to be completed. After you withdraw authorization, we will no longer be able to provide you with corresponding products/services or process your corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw authorization does not affect our personal information processing that was carried out based on your authorization. When you update the App version, we will not change the authorization status you previously set without your consent.

8.3 Account Deregistration

You can apply to deregister your account by contacting online customer service or other means we have announced. After deregistering your account, you will no longer be able to log in and use WOOK APP with that account; All rights and benefits that have been generated but not yet consumed during the use of that account in other WOOK APP products and services, as well as future overdue benefits and other rights and interests, will be cleared; The content, information, data, records, etc. under that account will be deleted or anonymized (unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or other requirements of regulatory authorities); The WOOK APP account cannot be restored after deregistration is completed.

8.4 Responding to Your Above Requests 

After verifying your identity as the personal information subject, we will review the request as soon as possible and complete the processing within the time limit prescribed by laws and regulations. If you are dissatisfied or have any questions, you can contact us through the means provided in Article 11 of this Privacy Policy.

In principle, we do not charge fees for reasonable requests, but for repeated requests beyond reasonable limits, we will charge certain costs depending on the situation. For those requests that are technically difficult to implement, do not need to respond according to the provisions of laws and administrative regulations, or responding to your request would violate laws and administrative regulations, we may refuse and explain the reasons.

9. Updates to this Privacy Policy 

We will update the terms of this Privacy Policy according to product/service updates and related requirements of laws and regulations. Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce the rights you enjoy under the currently effective Privacy Policy. After this Privacy Policy is updated, we will remind you in a prominent position, send you push notifications or remind you in other ways so that you can keep abreast of the latest version of this Privacy Policy.

10. Independence 

If any part of this Privacy Policy is found invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, that part shall be separated from the remaining terms of this Privacy Policy, and the remaining terms of this Privacy Policy shall remain fully valid to the maximum extent permitted by law.

(2) Directly related to national security and national defense security; 

(3) Directly related to public security, public health, and major public interests;

(4) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments;

(5) There is sufficient evidence that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;
